About Us

Pedro Serrador, PMP, ITIL, P.Eng., MBA, PhD has worked as a project/program management consultant for some of the largest corporations in Canada. His clients have included the Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Manulife Financial (John Hancock), Nortel Networks, Computer Sciences Corporation and various other banks and financial institutions.

 He has a HonBSc from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a PhD in Strategy, Programme and Project Management at SKEMA Business School (ESC Lille) and is a professional computer engineer. He has been a PMP since 2000.
